Meadows in bloom at Gainsborough Square

The new meadows are now flowering at Gainsborough Square, Lockleaze, Bristol.  There have been lots of comments from local residents about how colourful the meadows are, and how they are enjoying the flowers.  There are also new raised beds in the corner garden area planted with bee-friendly plants and herbs. This has been planted as part of the regeneration of Gainsborough Square, designed by the City Design Group, and planted by the Meadow Bristol project at Bristol City Council. For more information on the meadows and sponsorship go to:
