Creating Excellence is convening a workshop on design quality on Friday 28 September 2012 from 10am till 4pm at the Albemarle Centre, Taunton.
Planning Minister Greg Clark has described the National Planning Policy Framework as making ‘the most exacting requirement for design that the English planning system has ever contained'. How are local authorities in the South West meeting the challenge of the Framework's ‘exacting requirements'? What help are they getting and what help do they need?
